Therese Shannon is the Practice Manager at Lorraine Jones & Associates and the Office Manager at Baker Jones (our sister firm) and basically runs both businesses. With previous experience in intellectual property, Therese has worked with our lawyers as a personal assistant, legal secretary, law clerk, paralegal, bookkeeper and manager for over 13 years.
